Turned out bad ... Coffee mini, service mega unfriendly, nobody wants to work there ...

Dry meat and dry bread. Salad very roughly cut. The desired heat was achieved with a cold Asian sause. Thanks for nothing.

Bought their MrChicken kebab from Rewe today. (2 packets frozen / convenience / belongs to the MrChicken chain). There was a lot of skin mixed in. Really LARGE PIECES OF SKIN. The rest of the pan was greasy. It smelled really tasty but what use is it if the quality is so bad? That didn't go down well with the entire family. Who likes to chew on something like that? Thought Halal products stand for quality. When we wentogle we saw what Halal means. The animals are bled unnecessarily slowly during slaughter and without anesthesia ... Our children cried. Never again will we eat / buy Halal products.

Cheek. Extra driven from RE to GE. Things were missing. Nobody answers the phone. 6 employees at work but only a few customers on site, gastronomic chaos

I ordered two things because I was told that it would take 15 minutes to prepare, in the end it was 30 minutes. But otherwise great taste.

Cold food, missing items, we didn't get our change. Not to be recommended! Prefer to donate the money.

I think the employees are being forced to work here. Listless, unfriendly ..... and for the food I have no words, taste flop, temperature cold, portions very small and the prices very high. I've given the store several chances now, but the same disappointments over and over again, so that's it for me. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. Better to spend your money somewhere else where someone earned it.

It was okay, the employees were somehow too quick with everything for no reason, even when placing an order they put pressure on you and they just clapped the order in front of you 😑🙄

It's a shame I didn't read the reviews beforehand. It was really bad from start to finish. The order that was placed in the terminal at the drive in was then queried again very unfriendly when it was picked up and only then was the kebab made. Unfortunately I have never eaten such a boring rag. It just tasted like nothing. Never again - lousy tastes and underground vendors.

Wanted to the drive-in. Closed at 11 p.m. although indicated until midnight. Employees sat in front of the door smoking and aggressively show with hands that they have closed. Apparently they cannot speak and appreciating customers is also a foreign word. Never again MrChicken!

Very delicious. The prices are reasonable and the coffee is second to none. The most delicious coffee I drank in Germany

We'd have to wait half an hour because the staff forgot the order. Then we ordered again. Food was normal, for the price you could eat very well elsewhere. Worth zero !!

Was ordered: - Doner menu - 9 x Fried Chicken Wings - Donut - Turkish tea The taste of the food could not convince. - Chicken wings very dry and inedible - Donut stood in the counter for days (very dry) - Doner kebab very small and very sparingly topped - No hygiene concept available - Tables are not cleaned and disinfected - Employees do not wear face masks properly - Employees do not wear gloves! - Self-service with straws, napkins and sugar - Toilets completely dirty and both toilet cubicle doors defective - Distances are not kept - Personal details are not recorded ⭐️ by ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food rating depends on your order lowest is 3 stars and highest is 4 stars, the service though is between 2 stars and 3 stars depends on the employee mood.

I don’t know if the manager or he is just an employee, but he is very bad. This employee, whom I think the manager came in, took the cup out of my hand, as if he was making a traditional me. He simply had to say that the place would be closed and simply I was going to be alone. Not to take cola from my hands. This is never inappropriate

Decent chicken kebap at a slightly too high price. Surprise though: has a really nice coffee bar with pretty cakes.

Meals are extra ordinary. Sauces are great, service is reasonable. I always eat there. The only weak issue is sometimes you may not find the meal which was written in menu. What if you write down the meal at the menu, you should have it.
